Our story
Houston-born, built on hospitality
Prime Mobile Bar was founded in Houston in 2019 after years of managing high-volume bars and luxury private events across Texas. We noticed a major gap in the event market: clients were either forced to rely on impersonal catering companies or inexperienced freelance bartenders who lacked proper licensing, insurance, and professional bar infrastructure.
We built Prime Mobile Bar to raise the standard. Starting with a single custom-built mobile satellite bar, we expanded into a fleet of handcrafted horse trailers, vintage campers, and modular bars. Today, our team of TABC-certified mixologists serves over 150 events annually across Downtown Houston, The Woodlands, Katy, Sugar Land, and beyond, treating every drink and guest with uncompromised hospitality.

TABC Certification
100% of our bar staff holds valid certification with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC). Mandatory training ensures legal compliance, ID verification, and safe alcohol service.
$1M Liquor & General Liability
We maintain $1,000,000 in General Liability and $1,000,000 in Commercial Liquor Liability insurance (underwritten by RLI Insurance Co.). COIs are provided directly to your venue prior to setup.
TABC Dry-Hire Compliance
We strictly adhere to Texas alcohol laws for mobile catering: clients purchase the alcohol, while our licensed team provides insured bartending, setups, and alcohol purchasing guidance.
ServSafe Food & Safety Handler
Our team holds active ServSafe Food Handler & Allergen certifications. Ice hygiene, fruit garnishes, and glassware sanitization meet strict Texas Health Department standards.
